RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Items ordered and paid for by 12pm SGT will be processed within 1 to 2 Singapore business days.  Thereafter, the orders will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.  No changes are allowed on your order once it is placed and payment is accepted.  Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

If the orders arrived are damaged or have missing items, kindly contact us immediately via the "Contact" form so we are able to assist you.  Please: 

Provide the official receipt or proof of purchase, and
1. Take a photograph of the damaged item or all items you received.
2. Forward to us as proof.
3. We will make a replacement for you. 

We offer replacement within 14 days of purchase (subject to the above requirements are met).  Please pack the sealed items safely and mail back to us.  We will not accept after the seal of the item is broken.  We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred from returning the items. We will not be responsible for any returned items lost or missing in the transit. We also will not refund the shipping cost for returns as it is paid to the shipping carrier partners.
