LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY 

Items ordered and paid for by 12pm SGT will be processed within 1 to 2 Singapore business days.  Thereafter, the orders will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.  No changes are allowed on your order once it is placed and payment is accepted.  Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and added to your total order costs. All local packages (Singapore only) are shipped by standard mail or registered mail. Shipping within Singapore will incur a delivery charge of SGD5 for standard mail or SGD10 for registered mail with delivery insurance (for total weight up to 500g). Customer is responsible for lost packages if standard mail is chosen for local delivery.  Thus shipping using registered mail is advisable.

International orders take 2-3 weeks for orders to be received.  Please expect longer delivery time during holiday seasons.
